Imfihlo Yengwe are not entitled to share any information it collects from customer. Information collected will be treated confidential. Usage is subjected to customer approval.
Imfihlo Yengwe will not share any Customer’s system data information which is deemed to be private and confidential.
If the ownership of the Imfihlo Yengwe should change, Imfihlo Yengwe retains the right to transfer the Customer information to new owner. Imfihlo Yengwe will provide a notice to customer if this is the case in accordance to the terms.

The Customer hereby consent Imfihlo Yengwe to:
- De-identified Customer data and system data for the usage of research
- Usage of aggregate Customer data and for statistical and benchmark purposes.
Local Storage
Currently we use local storage to enhance the experience of web-application for customer. Local storage is more secure and effectively.
Data Protection and use of information
Customer expressly consent Imfihlo Yengwe to collect and process customer data and user data information. This information will be use to open, administer and operate Customer’s Profile. By doing this analytics will provide Imfihlo Yengwe the opportunity to identify the actual service customer require.
The customer consents that Imfihlo Yengwe may process the information above; disclose the customer information to anyone who provide services to Imfihlo Yengwe or agents of Imfihlo Yengwe.
Any third party which provide services to Imfihlo Yengwe in/out of South Africa are demanded by Imfihlo Yengwe to have a strict privacy policies to protect Customer’s Personal Information.
